History of The Crest
The Crest is a historic venue in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where “timeless elegance meets modern luxury.” Built from 1883 to 1885, this historic house once belonged to a highly respected local businessman, James Mitchell Rogers. It’s one of the few remaining houses on Cherry Street and neighboring streets of downtown Winston-Salem. The Crest takes pride in all the “meticulous restoration we have undertaken to revive the true beauty of this historic gem.”
Getting Married at The Crest
Weddings are one of the most popular events at The Crest. This Victorian-style venue is filled with elegance, charm, and historic beauty at every corner. They have six spaces for you to host your wedding – The Library, The Gathering Room, The Great Room, The Carriage House, The Lawn, and The Garden. In addition, they have bridal and groomsmen suites for your wedding party to get ready on-site. Whether you plan to have an intimate wedding or a full-size gathering with all your family and friends, they have a space for you!
